EVERY TIME I TRY TO DO STUFF…

I love to do what I do almost every day, and that is to write on my blog, as well as my other blogs and writing for the advertisements for a Facebook page that I do (I’ll show you how you can reach them in the near future); As you are reading this right this very minute, I am preparing a script for the very first episode of the second season of my podcast, KALEIDOSCOPE Time, which happens to be based on this very blog that you folks are reading right now. If you would like to take a listen to the very first season of my podcast, then please go to http://www.anchor.fm/kaleidoscope-time.

Anyway, getting back to doing what I love the very best, and that’s writing, it seems that while I am planning to do the planning as well as writing, something always gets in my way that throws all of my plans off kilter-most recently among them was this cold that I just had; I am very happy to report that I have fully recovered from my cold, but wait a minute, that is not all: I had also suffered from a brief migraine, but I am quite guessing that that quick migraine might not be one at all: It was probably just a brief headache that might have something to do with the fact that it is just my allergies…

But all in all, I am feeling quite better, and now here is this: It is just a month ago since this new year began, and already I have been mapping out the things that I want to write and draw, but already my uncle is pestering me to arrange my room again! I have already torn my room apart as well as re-arranging it, but now my uncle is telling me that they are planning to buy a bed for me, because the old one is about to show its age (I do not know exactly why). Nevertheless, plans are being made to I think tear my room apart yet again, and to replace my old bed with a new one…Aw, man, when shall I ever find the time to have any time to write and do art?!

Of course, I have to do my taxes, because that is the most important thing to do for me, since I now have a job; I cannot ever ignore something as important as this one…

THANK YOU FOR WAITING…

You have no idea how many times this has happened to me before…

I have been trying to do my best to bring you the most wonderfully fun stuff right at this here blog, KALEIDOSCOPE (www.jenniferkaleidoscope.com); But unfortunately, whenever an illness comes along, such as a cold in which I had been suffering from and is now going away, I just simply put things off and just relax until whatever illness I have subsides. That’s exactly what yours truly had this past week-First, I had developed a cough at work, and then that cough escalated into something that would lead to the cold, which happens to be a big cough. Right afterward, my uncle and aunt had gotten me cough syrup as well as cough drops, so that medicine helped…
And then I started sneezing, yet I had been carrying on in my job as a food service cleaner at Sodexo at the Patterson Dining Facility at the Dover Air Force Base. And yes, in case you folks have been wondering, I am around food, so whenever I cough and/or sneeze, I cover my mouth so that the germs should not ever get into the food because that would make the people quite sick if I do such a stupid thing like that…

And yes, due to my cold illness, I had been taking time off from blog-posting, but I am getting well, and I am hoping that I would continue to get well, because I have a lot of things for my blog in which I have to write, illustrate, and then publish, and do you want to know why? Because it is the month of February, and February means Valentine’s Day, Black History Month, and other things…Oh, and did I mention that with Valentine’s Day, there’s chocolate involved?

Anyhoo, I love to write and share special things with you all, because after all, it’s one of the special things that I enjoy doing best: Entertain you with the stuff I write and publish for you almost every day at KALEIDOSCOPE: And I have a feeling that there might be very special things coming your way at this here blog, though only I know what they are! But as for you, keep watching…
In the meantime, please enjoy more of the same fun stuff right here at KALEIDOSCOPE at

🤒🤧 Please Bear With Me, Folks…🤧🤒

I would very much like like to apologize for not posting anything in the past day or so; It is just that yours truly is recovering from a cold, and believe me, it gets hard to come up with ideas and then put something on a blog post when you feel sick with a cold…

Yeah, I know, I know-It is definitely cold and flu season, but what most of you do not know is that it also happens to be tax season for me: Yes, that’s right: I am going to file my taxes for the very first time, because after all of those years, I have a job, now if THAT isn’t the best challenge that I am up for, then what is? Yes, I know all too well that doing your taxes for the very first time might be tough for me, but if I can get help in doing it right, then I shall manage through this…

Otherwise, I very much hope that you guys can stay tuned and perhaps bear with me during my time of a cold; I shall try and bring you more fun posts as soon as possible. Thanks so very much for understanding, with ♥️-JW

Cough, Cough, Cough…

You know, you try and simply manage your job, as well as your writing, art and such, and then numerous pressures mount, such as the fact that I am doing my taxes for the very first time, and it all becomes a cauldron of stress so bad enough that one such as myself begins to…(COUGHS) See what I mean?

While I was at work this past week, on a Friday, I began to have coughing spells; And then, on Saturday morning, I took a shower, and then afterwards I put vapor rub on my chin to see if it would help with the coughing. All of a sudden, I continued coughing, which can only mean one thing: I might be getting that common cold!

An I think I know exactly just what that feeling reminds me of: Back in 2016, when my family and I first moved to Felton, Delaware, I had gotten sick with this common cold, not once, not twice, but FOUR stinkin’ times! Can you imagine that?! Four times I had been struck with the common cold…

Now, last year I did not had any multiple common colds, I think mainly it’s because I had been doing some relaxing and hobbies before I had taken on my job as a food service cleaner; But in the here and now, I have this common cold, but somehow, I think that it is going away, which I think the reason is that I have been taking medicine for it. But a cold just does not ever go away overnight: They say that it takes 7 to 10 days to get rid of a cold, so with that, I am going to take this a little at a time…And yes, I still have to go to work, ’cause after all, I need the money so that I could have my own place to live in, as well as other important things…

I’ll just have to cover my mouth when I cough and/or sneeze…
